Rectangular Hanging Rod for Quilt or Tapestry – up to 64″

Another version of my heavy-duty round hanging rod.  This rod is made from a pine standard 1″ x 2″ board.  The actual size of the board is approximately 1.5″ x .75″.  Knobs are added to the ends and a hanging cord finishes the rod.

I will be happy to make this hanging rod in the length and  color of your choice.  This listing is for rods from 49-64″.  Choose your desired color and knob style from the drop-down menus.  Choose your cord color.  For the longer rods, I don’t guarantee that the hanging cord will be strong enough to hold heavy quilts and tapestries.  For those items I would recommend not using the cord and  hanging the rod with a hook at either end.

To determine the necessary length for your item, measure the width of the item you wish to hand and add 5″.

Hanging rods are currently shipping in 2-3 weeks.
